Our client fabricates and sells components for the construction markets in Europe, China and the USA. The family- owned company was founded in Northern Europe and has revenues of EUR 80 Million. Their objective was to expand their sales in the United Kingdom and to add a new product line by acquiring a local company. The company used our project management services to improve UK market share and to integrate the local acquisition into their holding company. An interim Managing Director was responsible for the implementation of a new organisation and ERP system, the movement from one location to another, the construction of a new warehouse and the £8M operation – for a period of 2 years.
As a result, our client has established a very competitive market position in the UK and sells the extended product range to many clients in Europe. They have won a prestigious ‘Enterprise of the Year Award’ due to the successful organisational change and new marketing approach.
